The person behind the practice.
Navigating the space between professional success and personal meaning.
How I came to this work
My professional foundation is in Human Resource Management. For over a decade, I have navigated targets, expectations, and long-term plans.
But I also understood a quieter feeling — the sense that something inside wasn’t fully aligned, even when everything outside seemed right.
That realization didn’t force me to leave the corporate world; it inspired me to study the human element deeper. It led to The Transition Practice — a quiet laboratory where I bring real-world rigor into the study of identity and change.

What I believe
Real clarity rarely comes from pressure. It comes from having the space to slow down, think honestly, and listen to what has been waiting beneath the noise.
I don’t see coaching as fixing you. I see it as creating a calm, thoughtful space where you can hear yourself clearly.
The way I work
Our conversations are simple and attentive. You’ll find careful listening, meaningful questions, and gentle structure when clarity begins to emerge.
Nothing performative. Nothing rushed. Just honest work, done at the pace insight actually happens.
This practice follows established ethical guidelines and includes ongoing supervision as part of my professional training.
Beyond the work
I live in Mumbai with my wife, Nirali. I’m drawn to quiet mornings and the small details most people overlook—like the slow mechanics of vintage watches. I’m still learning and still figuring things out—just like the people who sit across from me.
